What happens if I miss a payment?
Accounts with unpaid balances may be temporarily disconnected. Service will be restored once payment has been verified. A ₱100 reconnection fee will apply.

Inspect for any loose cable connections, possible modem overheating, or interference from nearby devices. Also, ensure your router is positioned in an open, well-ventilated area for optimal performance.

Payments can be made via GCash, InstaPay, or by visiting our office located in Del Rosario, Bacon District, Sorsogon City.

Can I use the internet provided by CONXT for business purposes?
You can use CONXT Internet for your home or your office. However, reselling your CONXT internet is not allowed and will result in immediate termination of the service.

When is my due date?
Your due date depends on your assigned billing cycle, which may be either the 1st or the 15th of the month depending on your location. Kindly settle your payment on or before the due date to avoid possible service disconnection.

How long is the contract for?
There is NO contract. It is a monthly subscription. You are not bound by a contract. You can start and stop the service whenever you like. Please note that fees may apply when you request to reactivate your account.

Is there a data cap?
You can enjoy unlimited internet with no data-capping.

How long does it take to install my internet?
We can install your internet in less than a week. We are a local internet service provider which means that we have technicians available in your area who can readily install your internet as soon as possible.
